A representative of the organisation must sign up above to be able to purchase tickets for you large group or your educational group.
Your registration will grant you access to a private client portal, where you can log in using your username and password. From this area you can check the status, modify and pay your reservations.
Instructions
The purchase of tickets will always be done through a registered user. Your registration will also allow you to access the client private area, identifying yourself with your user name and password. From this area you can:
Tickets may be purchased between 7 days and 24 hours before the visit, but in this case, no reservation can be made and the tickets must be paid for directly.
The minimum number of persons for a group is 10 for schools or educational groups, and 15 for large groups.
Only 8 reservations per use and day can be made.
On the day of the visit you must accredit the reservation.
Those who made the payment for the total amount of the purchase will be sent an issue note attached as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided. Those that only made the reservation will receive a confirmation e-mail.
