What can I expect from the event?
Mark the 85th Anniversary of DC’s most iconic Super Hero, Batman through a never-before-seen collection of original props, vehicles and costumes direct from the archives at Batman Unmasked opening in London on September 6th September.
Venture into the Batcave and explore Batman films (1989-2022) in this immersive exhibition as you step into the world of Gotham City, navigating a series of themed rooms containing Batsuits, Super-Villain suits, props and weapons.
Original vehicles on display in London include the Bat Pod and Pattison’s Batmobile, which is on display for the very first time.
Capture every moment with professional photo opportunities, enjoy the free-flow comic book and gaming area and grab yourself a final memento with exclusive merchandise, special 85th Anniversary items, and classic must-haves at the Batman Unmasked retail store.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will take a minimum of 45 minutes.
What time does the exhibition close?
The exhibition closes one hour after the last entry time. The last entry times are:

Sun 6pm

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages to purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking at the venue.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Is the exhibition neurodivergent friendly?
Batman Unmasked is an exhibition of Batman artefacts accompanied by music, sound effects and lights. There are interactive elements of the exhibition, therefore some elements of the exhibition may not be suitable for neurodivergent guests.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Generally, Fever tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
However, this experience allows for date and/or time changes up to 48 hours in advance. This option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where the "Change Date and/or Time" button will appear.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your allocated time, you may be refused entry.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Due to an ongoing technical issue, our lift is currently out of order. As the exhibition is located below ground level, we regret that the venue is temporarily inaccessible to wheelchair users or anyone who is unable to comfortably navigate stairs. We are working closely with the Landlord to explore all available options and obtain an estimated timeline for the repair. However, it is unlikely that the lift will be operational before the conclusion of Batman Unmasked in London.
We fully recognize the vital importance of accessibility in ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, and we deeply regret that we are unable to provide the level of access you deserve at this time. Please be assured that your safety remains our top priority.

Are all the photo opportunities at Batman Unmasked accessible for wheelchair users?
We are committed to ensuring that our event is accessible for all visitors. Out of the three photo opportunities available, two are accessible for wheelchair users: Entrance Photo Opportunity and Comic Book Photo Opportunity.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
We are unable to accept larger backpacks, suitcases, or holdalls. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited at the exhibition.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Will there be flashing lights during this exhibition?
This experience does include instances of flashing lights, lasers, smoke and haze. For more details please contact info@batmanexhibition.com.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
The exhibition provider accepts no responsibility for guests’ personal property. Lost property will be stored for one month after the exhibition has taken place. If you have lost something at Batman Unmasked please email info@batmanexhibition.com with details of what you have lost including the date and approximate time. If we have found your item you will be responsible for collection, postage, or courier charges. All unclaimed lost property will be destroyed one month from the final exhibition date.
Is there an age requirement?
Parental guidance is necessary for anyone under 16. Content warning: the experience includes props used in the films. Parental discretion is advised. There is a concession ticket rate available for children under 12. Babes under 23 months on arms are free of charge.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
